Position will work part-time in the Parks & Recreation Department as a front desk attendant for the Hunt Community Center. The position requires heavy contact with the public through program registrations, walk-in visitors and telephone inquiries. Duties include greeting visitors, answering the front desk phone, course registration, preparing classrooms for events, assisting with department staff as needed, and assisting in closing the Center in the evening. This position may also work with multiple Parks and Recreation facilities and special events. Position requires working nights, rotating weekends, and possible early mornings. Seeking applicants with previous customer service, computer and basic accounting experience. Hiring rate is $8.50 an hour. Open until filled.
